The dishes include soup with cannabis shoots, 'happy' pork soup, fried marijuana leaves, and spicy minced meat sprinkled with marijuana.

The doctor who heads the hospital's Centre of Evidence-based Thai Traditional and Herbal Medicine, Pakakrong Kwankhao, highlighted the cultural legacy and health benefits of cannabis cuisine.

She was quoted by AFP as saying:

"Putting cannabis leaves in the food is our culture.
In the past before cannabis was banned... we put small amounts as seasoning herbs and we also used it as a herbal remedy."

She added, according to Reuters:

"Cannabis leaves, when put in the food or even a small amount ... will help the patient to recover faster from the illness.
The cannabis leaf can improve appetite and make people sleep well, and also be in a mood, in a good mood."

Cannabis is a unique plant. It contains elements that have a positive effect on health. Somehow I went to the site https://cbdzoid.com/cbd-oil-in-wisconsin/ and became interested in cbd oil. It turns out it can help with diabetes, drug addiction, mental disorders and some types of cancer. This product is very popular today.

I just find it interesting how fast local spots pick up cultural shifts. If the doses stay mild, these dishes sound more like a fun twist than anything heavy or risky.

If you’re curious about how to blend modern cannabinoid stuff with traditional dishes or wellness setups, checking out something like bulk full spectrum cbd distillate can give you a feel for how people use similar extracts in food, tinctures, or topical mixes. I’ve seen folks use it to test flavor and effect combos before scaling up, so it might spark a few ideas for anyone exploring new cannabis-based creations.
