grim canal: any major longkang in india
good canal = any canal that results only in ponding, not flooding (only peculiar to sinkieland's orchard longkang).
and any canal - be it grand, grim, major is a good and bestest canal, as long as it only results in ponding.

no smoke without fire. the very fact the news have been resurfacing again and again for past 1 year and now central state TV of China which is the STATE TV and therefore an official mouth piece of the government of china, only idiots like narong and xebay like to talk like kids. those who work in China knows how the system works and state TV do not indulge in rumours. thai junta is of course clueless and to come out to dismiss it half heartedly show wayang in the rworks. he cannot even control his own guys and media and is PM by default ie no real mandate form the people, what makes you think he has authority to over ride any of these deals done by top businessmen. he even does not dare to scold or arrest the his own media people says so much.... xebay and narong are really mountain tortoises and no common sense or cow sense.........just like the stupid real thai narong who cannot even control themedia . hahhahhahahahha
