Each other is for 2 persons, whereas if it is 3 or more, it should be "one another."
between us vs among us vs amongst us.

edit: added "the" before Canadians

how to use these two : among us vs amongst us

how to use these two : among us vs amongst us

God is amongst us (when you are talking about God with other parishioners)
or may be God is among us (when you are talking about God with your spouse)

May be Sam will tell us that I am wrong?

But tip #0 must surely be: come in to chat more often in SBF!

Sam will guide you and advice you.

Wrong.

'Amongst' and 'among' are synonymous, the former used mainly by the Brits, the latter by Americans.

However, some experts (including Fowler's) make a subtle distinction:

1. 'Among' to mean 'in the middle of': Who among us is a Christian?

2. 'Amongst' to mean 'moving, dispersing within': Jesus was walking amongst the crowd.
