I am sure the Norwegian Sovereign fund doesn't spent as much on administration as Temasek and the Norwegian Sovereign Fund manages at least 5X more assets than Temasek.

How can one compare Sinkieland with Norway? The latter is a first world country with advanced democracy while the latter is an authoritarian regime that only practises democracy during elections.

Why is the AG auditing Temasek? Instead it focuses resources on auditing the WP TC. This is one line the Opposition can use for GE2015.

Why should AG be auditing Temasick which is a private company? The opposition will be wrong to bring it up at GE 2015.

Temasick is NOT badly managed at all if you knew where the billions of US$ of expenses go...

How come nobody queries GIC's responsibility over Team-masick? The husband-and-wife team that run the two sovereign wealth funds of Sinkieland?

berkshire hadthaway's last annual report had admin n general expenses of only 12b but earnings of 19b. It is obvious that someone doesnt take $100k annual salary like warren buffett.

I've been writing on numerous occasions on this forum that Ho Jinx's total annual remuneration amount to 20+ million US$. Her total remuneration will increase to over 30+ million US$ after GE 2015. And that is a trend.

Do you know that Temasek Holdings, run by the "esteemed" wife of Lee Hsien Loong, has been writing off $8 billion under "Administrative Expenses" every year since 2006?

This is on top of "Other Operating Expenses" which cost another $8 billion.

What justify such an eye-popping figure just for admin and operating expenses?

Do Temasek Holdings executives travel First Class on overseas trips? Or do they use Mont Blanc stationery in the office?

Why didn't the MSM pursue this?

These are the consolidated expenses of all Tumasick group companies. The figures to scrutinize more closely should be those of the company itself. These would be reflective of the costs of the staff directly employed by Tumasick.

Sinkies need to remember that Team-masick (husband running GIC with wife managing Temasick) is not obliged legally to publish details.

Even if Temasick provided details, they might well have cooked the books before publishing their accounts for public consumption.

The recently Swiss-leaked info on HSBC shows that even with detailed audited accounts, HSBC is able to help arms dealers, blood diamond dealers, corrupt politicians, royals and celebrities evade tax.

Headcount cost can be classified or included in 3 respective main categories (selling/finance/admin). Not wrong to assume this can be the biggest chunk. See the anomaly here with nearly double in other operating expenses in 2009? :p

Any GLC should be subjected to audit by the AG ...not the current AG lah ...the new independent AG.
