More like a chap who can't articulate his views and uses his IT prowess to make a point. Such folks tend to go for popular sites who operate with limited budget and therefore have basic firewall.

Knowing this govt, they will use one of many regulations to notify Singtel to shut access to selected sites on the cooling off day.
