Temasek Holdings, SCI and SMM

The future of SMM is in the balance. It will be decided on 11 Aug. Will SMM shareholders vote to give SMM a lifeline by coming under Temasek Holders and be demerged from SCI.

If SMM shareholders dont vote carefully, SMM may be liquidated. Many jobs and businesses will be lost. Temasek Holdings is trying to save SMM and save many jobs. All these depend on SMM shareholders on 11 Aug

If SMM share holders dont want TH to help and vote 'no' on 11 Aug, SMM may go the way of hyflux and many jobs will go
