Christmas and Chinese New Year share several things in common – the colour red, spending time with family, and the belief that it’s better to give than receive.
Started out yesterday morning by handing out hongbaos to needy residents, and visiting my two wet markets, where old and young were shopping for the New Year.

Gena Tan Dear Sir.. my parents was one of the stall holder at Blk 341 market ! My mum looking forward to 21st Jan to take pictures with you. But she got a heart attack early morning and passed away yesterday !

Ang Pao red packet just changed to white color, converted to Pek Kim. White is the PAP MIW color, underwear also white.
