PWP is probably a new China production company. Tay Ping Hui is quite loyal to Singaporeans. Though initially people thought he will join the PAP in his early years but of late I think he is also getting quite tired with PAP's immoral policies which could be the reason why he didn't want to associate himself with mediaCOCK.
