monaco if you're rich, don't want to pay taxes, have a yacht and enjoy serious biking. sg if you don't have an income but have so much money in investments that earn huge capital gains. johor if you want to live a low cost easy going elder friendly life.

monaco is crowded, houses are amongst the most expensive in the world and the country is the size of orchard road...what is there to see or do?
and they speak french which you don't speak. and it is hard to get citizenship.
must be an idiot to move there, if one can even afford it.
in nz one can go to auckland and live a big city life, or head to rotorua for natural spas, or buy a house in taupo next to the lake, get a boat and go boating etc. every city has a different weather, lifestyle and even smell.
or live in a small town where people talk to each other and you can chat up the cashier in the supermarket for 15 minutes after a purchase.
or move to aussies...which is the same size as the usa.

Rich people have NO income bro, thats why they pay no taxes... they just live off the perks of a country like Singapore and act blur... which is why there should be a luxury tax for sinkieland.... like a special category for COEs. So that all their rich can go and fight it out amongst themselves for their COEs instead of crwoding out sinkies who just wanna buy a camry in the big car category...one category for all owners who wanna buy a 3rd car, all cars above 3.5 litres and all sportcar brands like ferrari, porsche, maserati, bugatti, bentley, Rolls royce.
that way the rich wont be throwing money into COE and crowding out the people who need a car for their families

Even if they are investors and profit from capital gains, the corporates they invested in pay corporate taxes which is much more than your income tax.
