TAXI BOOKING APP GRABTAXI GIVES DISCOUNTS TO NSFS AND REGULARS

For the next 6 months, Full-time National Servicemen and SAF Regulars will receive discounts on cab fares booked through taxi booking at GrabTaxi.
The discount can be redeemed 5 times between now and the end of September. Each ride will be discounted by $3 and the company said that it was done as a guesture of appreciation.
The subsidy will be available to about 70,000 servicemen and women who often depend on taxis for unexpected drills.
MINDEF is working with GrabTaxi to facilitate the discount and all NSFs and Regulars will be given special codes by MINDEF which they can use to redeem the discounted fares.
GrabTaxi is one of the more popular taxi booking apps in South-East asia with operations in 6 different countries in the region.
It helps customers book taxis based on their distance from the pick up location.
