Man's death: Driver negligent

TWO men who were on their way to Geylang for supper died when their car went out of control and smashed into a tree along Guillemard Road.
The driver of the Subaru WRX, Mr Kerk Teck Guan, 26, lost control of the car which veered to the left, mounted a road kerb and rammed into a tree at around 11.45pm on Oct 16 last year.
The car split into two and burst into flames.
