他解释，问题源于上世纪90年代建屋局将坊内多个店铺售出，这些店屋拥有约80年的地契。由于店铺属私人拥有，建屋局的监管权限有限，业主倾向出租给能支付更高租金的业者，如按摩与美容业。

符策翔透露，他已建议国家发展部与建屋局考虑回购部分店铺的地契，以便未来由建屋局主导商店组合，更有效回应居民的需求。他也会针对这个问题在来临的国会上提问。




与此同时，警方已加强突击检查，取缔涉及不法活动的业者，并将加大执法力度。他也建议内政部和警方扩大对相关行业的监管权限。

商联会也表示支持更多元化的商店组合，并希望引进轻食类的店家。

符策翔强调：“这场转型需要好几年时间，但只要有居民与各方支持，我们一定能成功。”
