Iran & Russian & Chinese can surely do this 100X better. NK may be 50% weaker than Russians but jamming is not too hard, test it repeatedly and try out variable parameters. Can use brute forces by using many jammers each attacking in different ways. Turn on/off each to see results, use US units as experimental guinea pigs.
