It is very difficult to built a city for East Asia nation. It is easy for the rich and elite migrated to Singapore and make Singapore a capital city of East Asia. Japan, China, India, Taiwan and Korea only know unhappiness of history but only Singapore keep on moving for the future. The land in Singapore will go up. Temple, Volunteer Service, poor Singaporean and SME's had a problem to stay on in Singapore.
