這名女網友在臉書「爆廢公社」上寫道自己是某家電信公司的用戶，7月8日到21日因為要到大陸旅行，因此就向電信公司申辦了大陸地區的「一日388網路吃到飽」方案，總共14天，她還跟門市確認了3次是否有申辦成功，當時客服還教導她要點進去他們的網址，換連線過去到「中國移動」，才能使用。

原PO回國後就將號碼轉到另一家電信公司去，結果收到一張提前解約的電話費試算帳單，竟然要她繳交逾38萬元的國際漫遊費用，讓她臉都綠了，直呼「我相信這只是一場夢」。原PO說「今天不要講38萬，我連3萬8都有問題」，她跟前電信公司反應，但客服和門市卻推托說要等到30日出帳日才能調帳單明細，門市還手寫一張明細跟她解釋收費情形。
