澎湖西嶼鄉間道路，昨天發生一起駭人自殺案，一名32歲許姓男子，竟在路邊先喝鹽酸後，接著以美工刀自宮後又割腕，由於許男死意堅決，割腕到深可見骨，下盤血肉模糊；民眾發現後緊急向119報案，當警消趕往現場緊急將許男送醫救治，許男因失血過多，仍宣告不治。

據了解，32歲許姓男子，家住西嶼鄉合界村，疑有精神躁鬱問題，前天晚上有自殘輕生傾向，但昨天下午先開車到當地商店購買鹽酸回到車上後，不到五分鐘又折回商店內購買一支美工刀後，隨即開車前往二崁村往養殖場的道路旁自戕。
由於車輛停放位置在下坡處，又開故障燈，駕駛車門打開，昨天下午4時20分一名目擊者駕車經過，以為是車輛故障，因此停車查看詢問是否需要協助？卻發現許男坐在車旁，上半身沒穿衣服，下半身則血肉模糊，旁邊還有一大片血漬，嚇得趕緊向119報案。
救護車獲報趕抵現場，將全身是血的許男送往醫院急救，由於許男失血過多，家屬晚上6時許趕往醫院放棄急救，宣告不治身亡。許男遺體下午已經會同檢方和家屬相驗，至於許男輕生原因，警方則表示還在調查中，不便透露。
