一般民眾聽到自己要被裁員時，多半會驚恐萬分；但最近在大陸最大的出租車平台公司「滴滴出行」，日前傳出要進行裁員，整體比例達15%，預估將會有2千人失業。不過現在有消息指出，滴滴出行開出的資遣條件優渥，甚至有人領到10萬多元人民幣(約新台幣50萬元)，事後出現有員工爭相被裁員的特殊情況。
根據大陸媒體報導，這個月15日，滴滴的CEO程維在月會上宣布，公司將做好「過冬」準備。根據財報顯示，滴滴在2018年持續虧損，全年達到109億元，公司成立至今6年多，還沒實現出現盈餘，累計已經虧損390億元。

根據《騰訊網》報導，公司預計將裁員15%的員工，大約2千人；滴滴開出的補償是「N+1」方案，N是指工作年限對應的月工資，「1」是3月份工資。根據上述說法，「N」所對應的月工資是以全年總收入除以12計算，即包含年終獎金、補貼等在內，因此遠大於單月工資。
換算而言，被裁員的滴滴員工至少可以拿到3至5個月的補償，離職時間到3月底，給交3月五險一金，而3月工資則另外發放不列入補償，為休年假者還給予雙倍工資補償。就有員工表示，自己領到了10多萬(約新台幣50萬元)的資遣費，條件算是挺優渥的。
現在就有被裁員的員工透露，組內有不少人爭取被裁員名額，甚至都快打起來了；更有員工表示，現在得知資遣的賠償條件後，希望自己也能被裁員，更詢問要怎麼樣才能被裁員。
