台北一名曾姓男子，居然趁著女友外出工作時，上網找了1名援交妹來女友家中想偷吃，原以為能神不知鬼不覺的「辦事」，沒想到援交妹一到場就開始訴說可憐的身世，稱自己不但罹癌，身上還裝人工血管，他一聽當場慾火全滅，立刻請她回家，沒想到事後竟演變成一場性侵訴訟，他不但沒有嘿咻到，還被援交妹指控拿刀逼迫強姦她，兩人因此鬧上警局。
根據《蘋果日報》報導，女子指控，她因為想找工作，透過朋友介紹而認識曾男，曾男釋出善意表示願意幫忙介紹工作，於是在今年5月27日晚間9時許，2人相約在曾男位在台北市信義區的工作室，準備討論工作的相關事宜。

沒想到女子不疑有他的依約到場後，馬上驚覺不對勁，曾男所稱的「工作室」根本只是一個有擺放床的普通房間，她當場轉身想走人，曾男卻亮出一把水果刀，要求劫財劫色，還出言恐嚇「我是通緝犯，現在需要用錢」，但因她身上現金非常少，因此曾男沒有拿走。
曾男後來要求她脫光衣服、躺到床上，她害怕被侵犯，不斷苦苦哀求曾男放過她，還裝可憐說自己是癌症病患，身上還裝有人工血管，生活十分辛苦，但對方仍不死心，戴上保險套後硬上她，但做到一半女子身體不舒服，最後才改成口交，此時因曾男的女友快回家了，他擔心事情被揭發，才放過女子讓她離開。
曾男到案大喊冤枉，辯稱女子明明是他找來的援交妹，但女子一進房間，就開始訴苦說自己在化療很身體不舒服，模樣相當可憐，他見女子氣色真的很不好，原本興沖沖的的他，當下性致全消，就請女子回家好好休息，還勸說她身體不好就不要出來接客，曾男也強調當天他在女友家，「我連女友家的水果刀在哪都不知道，怎麼拿刀逼她」。
檢察官調查發現，案發當天女子就去報案，並前往醫院驗傷，但是她的口腔、外陰部、陰道深部採集的檢體，完全沒驗出任何男性DNA，同時警方也前往案發地搜索，並無發現任何使用過的保險套，連房內採集的檢體也沒有驗出任何可疑的反應，因此沒有任何證據可以證明女子的指控，最後將曾男不起訴處分。
