其中，1993年，美国明尼苏达州国民警卫队1架“黑鹰”在飞行过程中和另一架飞机相撞，事故造成5名警卫队成员死亡。
1994年4月，美国陆军2架“黑鹰”直升机在伊拉克北部地区执行任务期间坠毁。但该事故主要因为这2架“黑鹰”当时误闯入了禁飞区，被该区域巡逻的F-15当成敌对目标错误击落所致。这起事故造成26人死亡，是黑鹰系列直升机所有事故中损失最为惨重的一次。
另外，在战场上“黑鹰”直升机被击落的例子也有，最知名的就是后来被拍成电影《黑鹰坠落》的索马里折戟沉沙。
所以，从“黑鹰”的坠落可以看出，任何所谓的“明星武器”都不是完美的，其可靠性也不可能是万无一失的。反过头来再看2017年“黑鹰”在台服役成军时，一些台媒体和防务专家的“叫嚣”，真的让人觉得可笑。

上一次发生在2018年2月5日，台“空勤总队”派遣一架UH-60M直升机（编号NA-706）前往兰屿载送病患，当天深夜23时起飞不到3分钟，直升机就坠海失事，机上包括正驾驶员、副驾驶员、机械师、病患、病患家属及护理人员合计6人，全数罹难。

其实，“美国爸爸”把黑鹰直升机卖给台军之前，自己也摔了很多架。
作为目前世界上知名度最高的10吨级通用直升机之一，从美国“黑鹰”直升机在战场上的表现和各国军队中的担负的角色，可以称得上是声名远扬。
从上世纪70年代末服役以来，“黑鹰”已先后衍生出十多个不同型号，并成功出口至若干个国家和地区。据不完全统计，在过去40多年来，“黑鹰”系列直升机的军用/民用型号已生产了超过4000架。
“黑鹰”历经40年至今依然保持强大的生命力，但在服役之初这种直升机没少出过岔子。
从1981年到1984年这短短4年时间里，“黑鹰”系列直升机共发生过16次坠机事故，造成22人死亡。这一系列事故，甚至让当时的美军对黑鹰产生了某种畏惧心理，并一度下令让所有“黑鹰”停飞整改。
不过，“黑鹰”后来经过数次改进，再加上本身设计就十分超前先进，所以在经历了早期的磕磕绊绊之后，“黑鹰”系列直升机因为技术问题和机械故障发生事故的次数，呈现逐渐降低的趋势。在这些坠机事故里头，有相当一部分是由于人为失误而导致的。
其中，1993年，美国明尼苏达州国民警卫队1架“黑鹰”在飞行过程中和另一架飞机相撞，事故造成5名警卫队成员死亡。
1994年4月，美国陆军2架“黑鹰”直升机在伊拉克北部地区执行任务期间坠毁。但该事故主要因为这2架“黑鹰”当时误闯入了禁飞区，被该区域巡逻的F-15当成敌对目标错误击落所致。这起事故造成26人死亡，是黑鹰系列直升机所有事故中损失最为惨重的一次。
另外，在战场上“黑鹰”直升机被击落的例子也有，最知名的就是后来被拍成电影《黑鹰坠落》的索马里折戟沉沙。
所以，从“黑鹰”的坠落可以看出，任何所谓的“明星武器”都不是完美的，其可靠性也不可能是万无一失的。反过头来再看2017年“黑鹰”在台服役成军时，一些台媒体和防务专家的“叫嚣”，真的让人觉得可笑。
2017年12月，台军向美国采购60架“黑鹰”直升机宣布成军。当时有岛内军事专家叫嚣称，“黑鹰”直升机队“是应对解放军登岛作战的重要战力，这种直升机可为台军攻击型直升机提供后勤协助”。

Many people will be curious, what caused the "black hawk" of the Taiwan military?
