台北市一名男子到酒店消費時，對一名長相艷麗的女服務生一見鍾情，因此直接掏錢框她出場到KTV唱歌，不過男子事後發現與這名女服務生話不投機，自覺被騙因此趁機落跑，後來女子付不出費用，兩人則被KTV提告詐欺。
據《蘋果日報》報導，這名20多歲的陳姓女子長相標緻、身材窈窕，在酒店服務生中算是極品，但講話卻毫無邏輯性，甚至答非所問，只要一開口就讓人傻眼。去年5月，陳姓男子與友人到中山區這間酒店消費，看見陳女後立刻驚為天人，並且打聽她是否能做S後(性交易)，決定買單帶她出場，2人接著直奔KTV唱歌。
不過陳男到KTV後卻發現與女子無法聊天，唱到一半就告訴女方要先去櫃檯買單，殊不知陳男早已落跑，留她一人在包廂內唱歌，直到KTV員工進來告知陳女結帳金額共3016元後，陳女才驚覺自己被陳男丟包，便在KTV內大鬧，稱自己身上沒錢結帳，KTV只好先留下聯絡方式讓她先離開，事後對這2人提告詐欺。
陳男到案後否認詐欺，供稱當初兩人要各付各的，後來覺得被騙，所以才沒付錢就走，而陳女也否認詐欺，稱自己才是被害人，不過事後陳女還錢，因此KTV同意撤告，檢察官不予以起訴。
