新北市金山一名蔡姓女子遺失提款卡，掛失補辦時才發現戶頭46萬多只剩581塊，警方調查嫌犯６天內分17次將46萬領走，嫌犯供稱撿到女子提款卡和證件，僥倖猜中密碼就是健保卡後6碼。法官認為他侵占又不法取得他人錢財，判處6個月徒刑。

被害人蔡小姐：「資訊室的同事幫我調出交易明細，我看就是從1月14日的凌晨領到1月19日，領光光，領到剩581元。」
受害的蔡姓女子說，自己2月要領錢找不到提款卡，到農會掛失補辦才發現，1月份時46幾萬早被領光，警方調閱監視器鎖定羅姓犯嫌。

新北市金山派出所長林家隆：「發現一名羅姓男子，特徵與盜領案竊嫌相符，並於羅男車上取出被害人提款卡。」
警方調閱畫面以及交易明細發現嫌犯相當狡詐，領錢時刻意戴口罩遮掩，還不時注意上頭的監視器。
警方比對發現他在1月14日到19日之間 ，在新北市金山盜領了14筆，還跑到桃園平鎮農會提款3筆，6天內分17筆盜領走受害女子46萬。

新北市金山派出所所長 林家隆：「（嫌犯）在路邊撿到被害人的提款卡跟身分證跟健保卡，試完健保卡後6碼，確定為密碼後把健保卡隨手丟棄。」
嫌犯被逮時，得手的贓款全花光，除了買金飾和手錶，還拿好幾萬塊孝敬他不知情的父親，儘管嫌犯供稱一時鬼迷心竅，但法官認定他觸犯侵占遺失物，以及以不當方法取得他人之物罪，判處有期徒刑6個月，還可以上訴。
