So Spanish brutality was due to the Muslim ruling? Possible indeed. But Columbus was not Spanish so his brutality had nothing to do with Muslim ruling.

It was due to brutal battle for territories. Even after spain was liberated, you must remembers the arabs still control the middle east and all trade between east and west.
So the europeans, spanish and portuguese in particular, wanted to find a way to bypass the arabs and fatten their profits by sailing west hoping to land in china.
In any case, spanish destroyed the mayan and inca civilisation, seized their gold and silver and made spain a rich country. The english on the other hand became rich by ransacking the spanish galleons and the pirates were honoured with the title " Sir".

When one group of Chinese with surname GAN produced so many ANGELS be it 1200 or 400 or 200 years ago or now, is this called confirmation bias? No it’s called beautiful coincidence. I have been impartial to all surnames.

Some Chinese are just first class Chinese while many are proud chinese traitor dogs 走狗汉奸indeed. Especially Malaysian chinese sons of whores are the proudest dogs.
