西門町摩天住宅大樓「台北ONE」(原案名京都大觀)是當地知名建案,但建商天強建設卻因財務周轉不靈,一屋二賣。在去年初跳票前後,天強就開始用低於市場行情價出售該案,為取信消費者,甚至讓他們在過戶前,就提早搬進新家居住,未料卻是噩夢一場,地產同業直言,「這種詐騙手法前所未聞。」

原來,萬華老牌建商天強建設2015年在當地推出預售屋「京都大觀」(後改名台北ONE),是棟高22層、地下6樓的摩天大樓,總戶數145戶,室內規劃18坪至66坪,預售時每坪開價88萬元,實際成交總價約為1000萬至4000多萬元。

本刊調查,原來就在天強跳票後,就已將價值16億元的土地及建物,賣給鼎麗資產公司。本刊查證實價登錄及地籍謄本資料,鼎麗確實在去年10月,就以每坪6字頭價格買下114戶的交易紀錄,這讓更早之前付款買預售屋的承購戶欲哭無淚。
