國門又黑掉了！桃園機場第二航廈地下室配電盤跳脫，昨天上午七點卅八分造成北側入出境樓層陷入一片黑暗，搶修四十七分鐘後雖恢復供電，但仍造成兩架班機約四百名旅客延誤卅五至四十五分鐘。這也是桃機四個月內第四度跳電，學者警告機場老是跳電，恐影響國際評比。
桃機表示，最重要的海關檢查、證照查驗、人員及動植物檢疫等設施，因備援電力立即啟動，所以未影響旅客通關，但免稅商店因收銀機停電無法結帳，餐廳無法供電炊食也一度影響旅客用餐。
桃機去年十二月廿二日因長榮空廚施工送電造成高壓迴路跳脫，今年二月十二日晚間有老鼠闖入送電迴路造成高壓短路，三月九日為發電機跳電，昨因高壓線頭絕緣劣化再度跳電。
靜宜大學觀光學系副教授黃正聰警告，桃機若老是停電，國際機場排名可能往後降。許多東南亞國家人民會來台轉機，若常出狀況，以後外人會選擇到香港，甚至首爾、東京轉機，衝擊台灣運輸樞紐角色。

The country door is black again! The switchboard at the basement of the second terminal of Taoyuan Airport failed. At 7.80am yesterday morning, the exit floor on the north side was in a dark state. After repairing for 47 minutes, the power supply was resumed, but it still caused the delay of about 400 passengers on two flights. Five to forty-five minutes. This is the fourth time in four months when the peach machine jumped. Scholars warned that the airport is always a jump in electricity, which may affect international competition.
Taoji said that the most important customs inspections, license inspections, personnel, and animal and plant quarantine facilities did not affect the customs clearance of passengers because the backup power was immediately activated, but the duty-free shops were unable to checkout due to the power outage of the cash registers, and the restaurant could not supply electricity. On December 22nd last year, the peach machine lost power to the high-voltage circuit due to Evergreen's construction of empty kitchen. On the evening of February 12th this year, a mouse broke into the power transmission loop and caused a high voltage short circuit. On March 9, the generator jumped out of power. Head insulation degradation is once again jumped.
Huang Zhengcong, an associate professor at the Department of Tourism Studies at Jingyi University, warned that if the machine is always out of power, the international airport rankings may decline. Many people in Southeast Asian countries will come to Taiwan to change places. If the situation is often left out, outsiders will choose to come to Hong Kong, and even Seoul and Tokyo will turn their turn to impact the role of the transport hub in Taiwan.
