everytime i inspect a condo it’s partitioned into multiple rooms and stacked with mattresses. seems like the sinkie best (and worst) practice in rental properties is to partition a pigeonhole into double the number of rooms (1 to 2, 2 to 4, 3 to 6 and so on) and rent it to multiple (foreign) tenants to earn more rental incum and turn it into a shithole. toilets are filthy and kitchens cluttered and greasy. these condos are like slums on the inside. not one but 69% of the condos i physically inspect. it’s not shocking anymore.
