不過，黃姓官員的鐵飯碗似乎比別人好捧，根據爆料，台北市教師研習中心辦公區有一部公用桌上型電腦，專供前來受訓的老師們使用，黃姓官員卻把個人的筆記型電腦搬到公用電腦區，經常同時使用2部電腦，一邊看似上班處理公務，一邊卻偷偷上網看A片或球賽，甚至玩線上遊戲。
黃姓官員常忘記將帳號登出，有老師使用公用電腦，一上網意外從瀏覽紀錄看到一堆情色網址，發現黃姓官員最愛從知名網站觀看色情成人片，看過的影片包括《強暴美麗巨乳妹》《Toyko-Hot陰部異常玩弄》《初次體驗酒店小姐》等，內容充斥暴力變態情節，荒誕行徑才會在杏壇傳開。

台北市政府政風處接獲檢舉後，第一時間已查扣教師研習中心電腦，正在過濾比對黃姓官員瀏覽過哪些不當網站。
