Yes. there are many small independent shops which do screen replacements. Costs around 120 to 170 (depending on iPad model)

Yes done at level 4 sls. Time depends on brand n model. Some models no stock.replacement n curing depends from 2days to 1 week.

if it is less than 2 years .. it probably is under warranty( maybe not for broken screen, you should check the contract)

if it is more than 2 years.. it is time to get a new one..

Go find the replacement parts on ebay and replace it yourself free of charge. But need your time though.

If not buy a new one leemeber only buy those Gorilla 3 glass which doesn't shatter so easily again.

The Nokia N1 tablet has this screen looks beautiful superlight not cheap plastic like XiaoMiPad and good quality screen with the latest Android Lollipop and Z launcher. It cost the same as XiaoMiPad.
