It is apparent that this pappy hawker man asked for quotation in Feb, and then followed by many meetings and exchanges in Mar, Apr and May.

Did I read correctly from MSM that VB used some private notes taken by NEA (or whoever in a meeting) to assume for are the accused said that?

And are there minutes of meetings (always sent out post meeting for all concurrence or aend to reflect accuracy) from the said eetbgs that were agreed correct by all parties?

Looks like now anyone can now write their private notes and get a minister to raise it in parliament!

I am still waiting for VB to clarify who asked for the initial quotation from cleaning contractor and why. Guess VB will carefully avoid that beginning.

After so long he didn't answer or document the following:

1. Why the info of the AHPETC manager who wanted to charge the hawkers was missing from his documents since he was so cocksure about it. He raised this during the sitting but didn't document it. Never mind, there's always the hansard.

2. Ng Kok Khim's role in asking for quotation. If he expects LTK to go to Tai Vie Shun, should he not check things with his PAP lapdog Ng.

3. The NEA email which word by word stated clearly the meaning of paying for scaffolding. He didn't even acknowledge its existence and that it was misinterpreted by WP or apologize if it was potentially misleading. It's like the email didn't even exist to Vivian.

ok...AHPETC did not expect the hawkers to pay extra......then why did it expect the HA to make arrangement for scaffolds...what logic is this????
Excuse.......NEA emails confusing...... but surely if u know your obligation, u should clarify further with NEA rather than try to exploit the situation....integrity or competency problem....period.
