Switzerland Votes Sunday on Proposal to Limit Population to 10 Million People

The move is backed by the Swiss People’s Party, which describes it as a ‘sustainability initiative’ aimed at easing pressure on housing, public services and the environment.

Switzerland grew from 7.3 million in 2002 to 9.1 million – and no less than 27% of whom are ‘foreign residents’.

“Many voters are concerned by overcrowded trains, expensive apartments and rising health costs. The latest opinion polls indicate this could be a very close vote.

Switzerland has standards, its banks not taking dirty country. Unless a certain shithole island.

at least switzerland has abundance of continuous, clean, naturally purified and mineralized mountain water from snow and glaciers for its 9m population to drink and use, unlike sg which doesn’t have that basic luxury and has to resort to mixing rain, piped water from johor, and saichwee for tap water. sexpect a health and quality of life apocalyptic timebomb to sexplode in sg within the next decade or two. there are horrendous consequences for stressing pubic and public infrastructure and services beyond reasonable max limits.
