The other question is what has the ability to drive have to do with having a license? License only gives the authority power to tell you what you can or cannot do. Ability to drive is something you learn and yours alone. Taking away the license does not take away the driving ability.

Too many Sgpreans these days make a big deal of having a driving license and make the assumption that the license is the magic that makes them suddenly able to drive.
