Suspected serial burglar arrested

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 32-year-old man who is believed to have been involved in several break-in cases in Marsiling and Woodlands housing estates.
Police received at least six reports from victims whose audio/visual equipment were found missing from their homes between 3 May and 19 May.
The affected units were undergoing renovation work at that point in time. Victims found the number locks securing their entrance doors had been removed.
The suspect was arrested on Wednesday.
LCD TV, DVD player, audio speakers and other electrical appliances - believed to be stolen items - were recovered from the suspect's residence.
