If the suspect is not on the list of interpol, then our civil service and MAS and other law enforcement just relax and admit and give them and their relative all the work passes , PR or citizens on free hand ?

LOL. Not being on the Interpol list gave them the authoritative legitimacy to close one eye and carry on the money laundering business as usual.
