Any one from JTC can shed some news here with regards to Sungei kadut & kranji factories??

Some say sungei kadut & Kranji will be gone by 2025 ... is this true?

The temple near to kranji road cannot renew liao ... 5 years later ...will be gone.

What the fuck is JTC doing??? Must give owners an answer whether they can renew their lease or not? Dun wait until last minutes then say cannot! Chao chee bye JTC!

the lease till 2025 sounds about correct.

as to JTC, they are pulling the same stunt everywhere. some are on +3 terms, some on +1 +1 +1 terms. subjected to their approval.

The land around Kranji, Sungei Kadut, with the handover of the railway land & line, together with the huge ex ammunition camp, is one piece of huge Real Estate. It is a goldmine for JTC, the land in which the factories are located in the two areas you mentioned, were once consider "Ulu". If you are the owners there, should be making plans already.
