Suggestion for Food Folder?

Any hope for one. Over the years we had so many contributiions from Alamaking, Porfiro, Ramseth, GD, and others. They are preety indepth. Much better than Kamasutra and a whole heap of fancy guides. We are losing too much valuable contribution over the years.

Also suggesting that Alamaking can be mod as he is certainly subject matter expert. Rally keen on the old stuff and the vanishing trades. People can also share on how these things are made at home and by the old hawkers.

Too many sub sections causes the traffic to drop rather than increase.

I suggest add a mod in Original cafe, if a topic is hot, just put it on a sticky for 1 week and let readers talks about it. JW5 is the best candidate, 2nd is GoldenDragon

jw5 is invisible in moderated folder. in fact all the rest of mod are missing, why are they not supporting the mod folder? open a few threads per month or share some posts once in a while. Can die meh? I am the only person holding the fort.
