Good suggestion. To prevent few topic on the same story. Ah Sam blame the thread starter post same topic but never try to prevent it from happen.

No use one. There will still be retards who insisted on starting a new one even though there is a sticky. They will claim

1. Freedom of speech
2. Freedom of posting
3. My topic of discussion is different. They talk about Ferrari, I talk about Ferrari PRC wife.

Then they will start to play with the moderator who merge their thread by starting another thread or start another thread KPKB to Sam.

And at this moment, all you high power seniors never come out to say a word of fairness, but just sit there eat popcorn or add fuel.
