Suggest increase deposit 100% but allow higher FT ratio

More FT should be let in to do the jobs that S'poreans do not want or are not having the right attitude, for example in my restaurant and catering business

Right now the dependency ratio is not very favourable.

But to prevent exploitation, as not every employer is as caring like me, I suggest increase the employer deposit to by 100%

To prevent exploitation of FT and to make sure that the FT here are really soundly employed, hence the suggestion to increase deposit by 100%.

Employers who like to play punk will think twice. This is some way to let in the right FTs

I am expanding my business and need more staff - I have some S'poreans, some good, some bad attitude. The PRC follow instructions and are very hardworking. I hope the ratio will be revised to help SMEs
