Successful Integration of PRC to SG - A Fine Example

I was at Pasir Ris MRT station where Ananas Shop was located and was waiting
for my turn to be served on Sunday afternoon (4 Nov) at about 3pm. I then
noticed a young Malay girl ordered a cup of take away coffee.

A PRC FT was serving her and made one cup. The young girl told her she
ordered 2 cups and had told her so. The PRC FT became visibly angry and made the
other cup.

After the young girl paid for her drinks and walked away, this PRC FT mouthed
the word “Ch** B**” in low voice. I heard it and immediately scolded her for
uttering the word “Ch** B**” at a young customer.

There was a Malay lady working inside the counter and I asked her how to call
her supervisor or manager as I
wanted to make a report against the PRC FT.
She didn’t want to have anything to do with it and said she didn’t know.

One cup or 2 cups, it still doesn not give this PRC crow the right to mutter Hokkien vulgarity at a paying customer..

Bro, I've been in sales as a career the last twenty over years. "Customer is always right" is the accepted usual practice, but one should not take that as a rule. You will lose money and business if that is the way of things. Some customers are shitheads, and some businesses, better to walk away from.

You will lose money and business if that is the way of things. Some customers are shitheads, and some businesses, better to walk away from.

Maybe we bros from these forum can write a script for a new film on the presence of such "filthy bitches" or "scums" in our midst.
