Answer: one is personal type (NCMP) one is official type reply (MP/ PAP advisor to grassroots organizations).
Qn: what is the difference in detail between personal type vs official type reply.
Answer: personal type, addressee is only to defendant (accused).
Official type is reply to MP/advisor and cc copy to accused (appellant).
Hiaz, this is really kahpoot parliament, even kindergarten kids interaction with each other is more intelligent. This parliament discussion is more like interaction between IMH patients, minister included.
