The Medical Doctor says she could disagree with the AI and it wouldn't take offence, unlike human doctors. She could keep asking the same stupid questions over and over again, and the AI never lost patience, unlike human doctors. The AI was more empathetic, supportive, non-judgemental and caring than human doctors, which is way more important to patients that doctors realize.
