thaad is a piece of crap,its mainly used to intercept ballistics,nukes,scud missiles of that type,while S300 with its multiple radars and missiles is capable of any roles,taking down fighter jets,missiles,ballistic missiles,cruise missiles even agm anti radar missiles,and its proven to be unjammable even by multiple ecm fighters at once.unnecessary to have 4000km detection range unless of course u are looking for nuclear icbms or something.even then its kinda pointless when ur missile effective range is less than 200km.
