in the all govt agency
see if anyone owns a
a, lambo
b farrari
c. posche
d. more than 3 condos, house
e. own more share in companies than he is suppose to
if yes, good place to start investigation
good chance this pap dog is dirty

Depends if the classes cost 6 figure school fees or not. Most of the time, fraud cases are detected from buying of luxury goods rather than for self-improvement situations. :p
 
They knew who are the fraudsters, it is just a matter of waiting for election time to flush them out.
 
One might argue that luxury goods are for self improvement. It enhances self esteem.
