Love cooking steak at home. Much cheaper than eating at restaurant. Here are some photos of an Australian Angus grassfed striploin: ;)

Initially I thought you burnt the steak. Looks like you know how to sear the sides to seal the juices.
 
the charry burnt bits were due to a herb and spice dry rub. :D
