This roy Ngerng is actually damn stupid to say this when he cant even comprehend simple english. Asking you to choose how much lease you want to sell for lease buy back means asking you when you want to die? Stupid much?

This is good direction. It goes in par with cpf thing. Once sinkie can plan out when they must die, cpf returned calculation will be much simpler for both the gov and the cpf contributor.
If their projected death date must be met - Project "Romeo must Die " !
