From the way he speak, i immediately know that he does not know Singapore football. I do not know why FAS hired him.
He talks about possession football. It require players who know where, when and how to move. How to move into a position to receive the balls. Most importantly, they must have good technical and ball handling skills in tight spaces to go with it. What does Singapore players has ? Possession football ????
