Bun stall offers 'high-paying job' only to PRs and new citizens

This stall selling man tou (steamed buns) at People's Park Complex is offering what it calls a 'high-paying job', but only if you are a permanent resident or new citizen.

This towkay is very smart. His intention is if he hires a sinkie, along the way the sinkie will ask for $ increment. He specify for new citizens, so after a period, that worker will no longer be a new citizen, so he can fire them as it does not meet the criteria anymore
