MS AISHA MOSTAFA: 'The Straits Times Forum page ('More young people writing to ST Forum'; Thursday) is indeed a better and cleaner platform to air one's views compared with other online forums and blogs. The editing is succinct and the page is reader-friendly. I have been a Forum contributor for the past eight years. I started when I was 17 years old, and have extended my contributions to the Life! mailbag and YouthInk. The annual Forum Dialogue is a good way for contributors to meet the Forum team. I agree that the Forum pages should be expanded and more letters published in print than online. Call me old-fashioned but I still like the feel and read of a good old newspaper.
