HSA's dna testing erratic. (any innocence wrongly charged or more severly sentenced that it should be, nobody shall ever know.)

the latest today fr the papers, NETS temporarily not functiong island-wide. reason: they didn't pay the domain on time.

we have all learnt about "structural unemployment" which is up to date still a very vague whatever-it-is. now learn another new term most likely to be cooked up:

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

or in another word, INVISIBLE SQUEAKS in an otherwise squeaky-free singapore.
