In new zealand i was told, its about S$ 15/ hour minimum wage. So price at eateries are expensive.
Sinkie hawker should raise prices in tandem with cost of running business. And have a tag team type of hawker stall. Breakfast and lunch, one team serving food suitable for lunch. Between 3 and 9, another team serving dinner food.
