This is why I encourage the use of bicycles and PMDs instead. If she was picked up on a cargo bike she would not have ended up being brain damaged by that taxi driver.

Many PHV drivers are former cabbies who bring their poor driving habits and inconsiderate behaviour to their current job. I heard about the case of a PHV driver helping a passenger unload luggage at Changi Airport getting struck by another PHV driver who failed to stop in time at the drop-off point.
If she can buy a car for the man, little white faces like @riceberry will rush to provide good service 鞍前馬後。
Come to think of it, it's not a bad idea to get a flight attendant as wife, especially if she is frequently on the long haul flights.

That CB Grab driver should have loaded the luggage on her behalf, and not make her carry all the way to the boot.

I have SQ girl friends who will target those with car even for short term relationships so that they can get to and fro airport conveniently…at all odd hours.
