Said the STOMPer:

"These expat kids spend so much money on alcohol, but they cannot afford taxi!

"They boarded bus 174 under the influence and created some disturbance.

"The passengers were very shocked, and some were angry as the youths took up a lot of space and were very noisy."

Foreign parents let children play like monkeys on MRT

The STOMPer wrote:

"China kids treat the train as their playground.

"I witnessed these two kids playing around the train when i boarded the train at bedok station.

"They were hanging onto the hand grip treating the train like their own playground.

"Upon hearing their conversation, I guess they are from China as they had the accent.

"They received stares from people but didn't care, and their parents did not stop them.

"The commuters sitting beside them even got up and shifted places before the family alighted at Bedok station.

"What will people/tourists think of Singapore?"

Said the STOMPer:

"My friend was showing me a posting on Facebook by a Malaysian student who studies in a Singapore secondary school.

"He feels that it is useless to study the subject social studies, since he is a Malaysian.

"After seeing his post, I felt angry as I found his behaviour atrocious.

"Even though he is given the opportunity to study in Singapore, he still complained about the education system.

"There are always many reasons as to why there is a need to study the subject Social Studies, reasons such as teaching the students more about Singapore and give them a sense of patriotism to the country.

"If he has any opinion about our country's education system, and since he love his country so much, why not just study in his own country?"
